Who You Are Agreeing With

ComplyCAD is a product of Bits, Bytes & Bots Pty Ltd (ABN 76 686 453 707), an Australian company registered in New South Wales. These terms are an agreement between you and Bits, Bytes & Bots Pty Ltd. Where the terms below say “ComplyCAD”, the obligations are ours.

1. Software License

Subject to subscription status and terms compliance, ComplyCAD grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the system schematic editor and export tools for commercial or personal building design work.

2. Billing & Subscription Terms

Paid features require a subscription: Starter at $59 per month or Professional at $119 per month, in Australian dollars. Prices are not subject to GST. Enterprise is quoted individually. Both paid plans start with a 14-day free trial; nothing is charged until the trial ends.

After the trial, charges recur monthly on the anniversary date until you cancel. You can change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel at any time from the billing page in the app, which opens Stripe's customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges from the end of the paid period; we do not refund part-months unless the law requires it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's own checkout page. ComplyCAD never receives, sees, or stores your card number - we only receive Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers and the status of your subscription.

3. Where Your Work Is Stored

Sign-in and cloud project storage are provided by Supabase, in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney, Australia) region. Projects are stored per account and are readable only by the account that created them. Unsaved work is also cached in your browser's local storage so a reload does not lose it.

If you cancel, or a payment stops, your saved projects and your own pricing catalogue are deleted 30 days later, automatically. Export anything you want to keep before then. Your sign-in stays, so you can return and start again.

You can ask us to delete your account and all of its projects at any time through the contact form, or by emailing privacy@complycad.com from your account address. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.

4. Calculations & Engineering Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

All compliance checks, voltage drop sizers, and battery backup calculations produced by ComplyCAD are simulated approximations based on standard mathematical parameters.

These sizers are designed for reference only and do not replace professional engineering reviews. It is the sole responsibility of the licensed contractor and electrical installer to verify wiring compliance on site with physical testing prior to installation.

5. Proprietary Rights

You retain ownership of all project drawings and schematic layout files created inside ComplyCAD. ComplyCAD retains proprietary rights over the source code, design systems, pathfinding routing engines, and branding marks.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and both you and we submit to the courts of that state. Nothing here removes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
