1. Software License

Subject to subscription status and terms compliance, ComplyCAD grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the system schematic editor and export tools for commercial or personal building design work.

2. Billing & Subscription Terms

Paid features require a subscription (Starter or Professional plan). Charges recur monthly on the anniversary date. Cancellations can be made prior to the next billing cycle. All transactions are handled by Stripe.

3. Calculations & Engineering Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

All compliance checks, voltage drop sizers, and battery backup calculations produced by ComplyCAD are simulated approximations based on standard mathematical parameters.

These sizers are designed for reference only and do not replace professional engineering reviews. It is the sole responsibility of the licensed contractor and electrical installer to verify wiring compliance on site with physical testing prior to installation.

4. Proprietary Rights

You retain ownership of all project drawings and schematic layout files created inside ComplyCAD. ComplyCAD retains proprietary rights over the source code, design systems, pathfinding routing engines, and branding marks.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with local laws in Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
